Meet Chris Bayley-Hay

February 1, 2021 | By Chesapeake Contracting Group | Hard Hat Hang Up

Meet Chris Bayley-Hay, CCG Superintendent and official virtual company happy hour DJ. When he's not at work you can find him playing music, working in his garage repairing cars, having cookouts and taking care of his yard (as you can see, he has a great helper).

Chris has been a part of the CCG family for the past 21 years, working on projects like Sprouts Famers Market in Ellicott City, Towson City Center and John Hopkins Bayview Building #301. When asked what his favorite thing about working at CCG is, his answer was "the people, the family feel. The fact that there are so many that have been here for many years is a testament to what type of company this is." Having been in the industry since 1998, Chris offers these words of wisdom to anyone entering their career in construction: "The opportunity is there to learn as much as you want. Take advantage of it!"
