Alex Pitts earned the Relentless 5R Award for his exceptional work ethic, adaptability, and continuous drive to improve.  He is always prepared, overcomes obstacles with ease, and consistently goes above and beyond, as seen in his work on multiple projects, from billing and change orders to managing complex tasks. His dedication extends to his team, where he shares his knowledge, mentors others, and strives to enhance Chesapeake’s processes, including designing an engineering training program. 

Trevor Fidler earned the Responsible Award for his consistent communication, reliability, and steady leadership throughout complex projects. He provides clear, daily updates, remains approachable and responsive, and takes ownership of challenges while keeping projects moving safely and efficiently. Even in the face of delays and unforeseen conditions, Trevor maintains a positive attitude and comes prepared with solutions. His diligence, respect for others, and commitment to doing things the right way reflect Chesapeake’s mission and set a strong example for everyone around him.

Patrick Rowe earned recognition for exemplifying the core value of Relationships through the way he invests in people across our organization and beyond. Since joining the team, Patrick has built strong, trusted relationships with teammates, trade partners, and clients, particularly in the Raleigh market, playing a key role in supporting growth and long-term opportunities. He approaches every interaction with professionalism and care, fostering collaboration and trust. Through his involvement on the Wellness Committee and as Raleigh’s Wellness Champion, Patrick also creates meaningful opportunities for connection within the team.

Taylor Tobin earned recognition for exemplifying the core value of Reputation through the way she represents herself, her team, and the company each day. From helping plan a successful Annual Company Event to supporting strategic market studies, Taylor approaches every effort with professionalism and care.
