– This project includes a new 3-story building addition for classrooms and a Gym building. (70,777 sf total)
-Partial Renovation of the existing building (total existing building area is 49,088 sf).
– Complete site package (3.6 Acres).
– Sitework includes Clearing, Grading, Wet Utilities, Dry Utilities, Storm Drainage, Retaining Wall, Site Concrete, Asphalt Pavement and Landscaping.
– The Building Structure is load bearing masonry walls with steel floor and roof framing.
– The Skin is a combination of Brick veneer, Fiber cement siding, Eifs, Aluminum Storefront, HM Openings, and Asphalt Shingle/TPO Roofing.
