Description Publix 2124 Cedar Valley Square is a new 52,665 SF ground-up full-service Publix grocery store located in Winchester, Virginia. All sitework, grading, utilities and site improvements will be performed by the Owner’s designated site contractor. Scope includes a one story with mezzanine structure including concrete foundations, steel structure, metal stud and masonry exterior wall assemblies with masonry and EIFS cladding systems. Fenestration will consist of thermally broken aluminum storefront systems. Finishes and equipment as scheduled; note responsibility matrix in specifications.

Description Sherando Green Shopping Center is a new ground-up neighborhood shopping center anchored by a full-service Publix grocery store located in Stephens City, Frederick County, Virginia. Bid 1 is for a 50,800 SF Publix Supermarket and Bid 2 is for a 8,000 SF adjacent Retail Building. Bids for the Publix Building and the Adjacent Retail Building are to be submitted separately and independently. Bidders may submit on one or both buildings. Each bid must be fully self-contained with its own general conditions, fee, insurance, and bond. All sitework, grading, utilities and site improvements will be performed by the Owner’s designated site contractor.

The existing stairs and elevators are existing to remain.
