The project consists of the selective demolition of the exiting 7th floor finishes and new improvements including construction of partitions, glass office fronts, DFH, flooring, ceiling, lighting, millwork, finishes and modification of the existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.

Description Chesapeake Contracting Group is proud to invite you to submit a proposal for the upcoming Buick GMC Motors project, a ground-up dealership in Bowie, MD.

This project is the construction of new one-story building with mezzanine storage area. This building shall be used for motor vehicle sales (showroom) and repair facility. The facility shall include a showroom and associated offices for the display and sale of motor vehicle, service drive lanes for drop-off of customer vehicle, a service department w/ vehicle lifts for service, and a parts department w/ storage racks for vehicle service parts. This project also includes a complete sitework package.
