Craftsman’s Circle

CCG recently broke ground on Craftsman’s Circle located in Prince George’s County, MD. Scope of work includes site redevelopment of 14 acres, demolition of an existing 152,000 SF office/warehouse structure and construction of a new 182,000 SF tilt-up concrete warehouse structure with 47 loading dock doors.
