Chesapeake Contracting Group is proud to announce our newest project award: Waldorf West, the first retail component of the highly anticipated Waldorf Station development for Greenberg Gibbons.

Located in Charles County and designed by JP2 Architects, this first phase includes one retail buildings totaling just over 10,000 square feet, set to break ground in late May. A second phase retail component, adding 16,400+ square feet, will follow sometime next year.

As this 150-acre mixed-use development comes to life, we’re excited to contribute our expertise in delivering high-quality retail spaces that support the growing Waldorf community.
