Woodyard Station

CCG Residential Construction is excited to announce the award of Woodyard Station, CCGR’s second project with Pax-Edwards. Located in Clinton, Maryland, this housing development will consist of two elevator buildings totaling 158 units sitting on 8 acres of land in Prince George’s County. CCGR anticipates an early 2022 completion date.
