WOC Speak at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School

April 11, 2025 | By Chesapeake Contracting Group | Community Involvement

Earlier this week, a few associates from our Women of Chesapeake committee visited Cristo Rey Jesuit High School-Baltimore to speak with students about career opportunities in the construction industry.

They shared insights into various roles within the field, including accounting, project management, and marketing.

Chesapeake has built a strong, long-standing partnership with Cristo Rey. Each school year, we welcome a student intern to join our team, providing hands-on experience, skill development, and exposure to real-world projects. This year, our intern, Laura, is leading the charge on building a dog shelter for the Baltimore Humane Society, with support from our team. We can’t wait to share the finished product with you soon.
