February 28, 2025 | By Chesapeake Contracting Group | Company News

While celebrating the season, Chesapeake took a moment to recognize associates who have dedicated many years to the company. One individual who stands out is Superintendent, Scott Peper, who reached a significant career milestone of 40 years of service.

Scott joined the Chesapeake team in 1984. Over the decades, he has witnessed and contributed to its growth, playing a key role in building many significant projects. From large-scale lifestyle centers and educational buildings to grocery stores and car dealerships, Scott’s fingerprints are all over some of Chesapeake’s landmark projects. His leadership, expertise, and commitment to quality have made a lasting impact, not just on the structures he has built but on the people he has mentored along the way.

Reflecting on Scott’s impact, Executive Vice President Michael Ginsberg shared, “Scott, you’re the ultimate team player, an inspiring leader, and a trusted colleague, always willing to do whatever needs to be done.”

We are incredibly proud and grateful for Scott’s dedication and the legacy he continues to build. Cheers to 40 years, Scott!
