Bayside Kia Update

The new Bayside KIA of Waldorf dealership in Waldorf, MD, is taking shape, with underground plumbing and electrical work underway and masonry perimeter bearing walls going up. Structural steel installation is set to begin next month.

Once completed, the 39,000-square-foot, one-story dealership, designed by Penney Design Group, LLC, will feature a mezzanine, showroom, offices, and a full-service repair facility.
