Carillon Medical Office Building

Chesapeake Contracting Group has recently been awarded the Carillon Medical Office Building project for Retail Properties of America. Scope of work includes the new, 128,000 SF, 5-story, steel framed medical office building and associated sitework. Designed by MGMA Architects, the Carillon Medical Office Building will serve the Largo community and surrounding Prince George’s County area.
