Reisterstown Self Storage – LEED Gold Certified

Chesapeake is pleased to announce that the Reisterstown Extra Space Self Storage in Baltimore County has earned LEED Gold Certification!

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the most widely recognized green building rating system globally, promoting healthier, more efficient, and cost-effective building practices. We’re proud to have partnered with Klein Enterprises and Greenberg Gibbons on this forward-thinking project.

This marks Chesapeake’s 17th self-storage project, featuring a structural steel design that spans 99,500 square feet across three stories.
