Chesapeake is hard at work in Springfield, VA!

Once complete, the new two-story Sheehy Subaru Springfield dealership in Fairfax County, VA, will feature a showroom, office space, a repair facility, and an open parking garage for motor vehicle display and sales.

Currently, we’re finalizing grading on the north parking lot and beginning grading on the lower-level parking area. Structural steel and decking for the parking garages are underway, and the radius wall for the showroom is taking shape. We’re also preparing to pour the first-floor slab.
