The Ella at Carillon

Located in Upper Marlboro, MD, The Ella at Carillon is a 5 story, 132,810 SF medical office building set to be completed in a few months’ time.

This center for health and wellness will hold fully customizable medical office suites that can be tailored to the needs of any practice and 450 surface parking spaces with a patient drop-off area. The building also offers an outdoor common amenity area with expansive views on the second floor, equipped with green roof plantings that will be installed this month.

As we near the finish line, all major mechanical equipment has been set in place and we are currently working on temperature controls as well as tie-ins to the base building electrical system. Outside the building, exterior metal panels have begun to be installed and sidewalks around the building are being placed.
