The Chesapeake team successfully completed TPC Racing – a distinctive project aligned with our expertise in two key market sectors: automotive and industrial/tilt-up construction.

Located in Jessup, MD, this remarkable automotive project boasts a state-of-the-art 38,600 square foot tilt-up building situated on a 4-acre lot. The facility is thoughtfully designed, with half of the space dedicated to a modern showroom and service facility, while the remaining half offers leasable industry space.
