Guy Road was awarded earlier this year by Greenberg Gibbons Properties and when complete, this industrial complex will be a total of 3 tilt-up Flex Space buildings totaling 129,000 SF. Currently, the 16-acre site has been cleared and the Chesapeake team will be turning over the first building pad shortly. Near the SWM pond, work has begun on the first retaining wall and installation of the storm piping. Building C foundations are soon to come, and we are currently prepping for the next building pad.
