This 72,000 SF project consists of the renovation of a vacant furniture factory into a medical office building. The renovation included a new facade and new openings for the windows and around the entire perimeter of the building. This project included site development, adding parking, bio-retention and storm water management. CCG handled all the demolition of the finishes and MEP, and sustainably re-used the crushed concrete and block. It is located next to the Hopkins Bayview campus.
