The Armory at Towson Row Wins NAIOP MD Award

CCG is proud to have been awarded the Best Adaptive Reuse award from NAIOP MD for The Armory at Towson Row project. Valued client Greenberg Gibbons Commercial and Towson University joined forces to build this 26,000 SF student hub. This state-of-the-art facility had once sat in ruins for decades, awaiting a major transformation. Originally built in 1933, the 2-story brick building with marble-like stone veneer was previously a shooting gallery used for the Maryland National Guard. This space has since been transformed into a colorful, bright and welcoming space that will impact future generations of students and entrepreneurs in the Towson area for years to come.
