ULI Baltimore 40TEN Tour

Last week, Chesapeake was a proud sponsor for ULI Baltimore during their June Content Before Cocktails event at 40TEN in Canton.

During the event, attendees had the privilege to tour 40TEN, the first heavy mass timber building in Baltimore City. The 105,000 SF building features exposed timber with expansive glass lines, 15′ high floor to ceilings, and first-class common area amenity space.

Chesapeake recently completed the interior fit out for Celebree School and are wrapping up on the interior fit-out for Greenberg Gibbons office.

We are proud to be the general contractor on this exciting project that provides a great example for the future of mass timber buildings in the area.
