Garner Commerce Center

Chesapeake recently completed Garner Commerce Center located in Wake County, NC. Awarded by Greenberg Gibbons Properties, the project consisted of construction of three Class-A shallow bay light industrial tilt-up buildings totaling 129,000 SF along with an additional 16 acres of site work.

This achievement marks the first North Carolina project with our client, Greenberg Gibbons Properties, reflecting Chesapeake’s commitment to fostering strong relationships.
