Chesapeake successfully completed Craftsman Circle in Prince George’s County, MD.

Located in Hyattsville, MD, the Class-A, 182,000 SF tilt-up warehouse features 45 loading docks with a 32’ clear height. The project also encompassed 14 acres of site redevelopment, including the demolition of an existing 152,000 SF office/warehouse structure.
