Chesapeake Contracting Group invests in leadership & training programs to develop our associates, strengthen collaboration, and deliver exceptional construction projects. Jessica Magin, Director of Human Resources, recently shared with NAIOP Maryland some of the strategies we’re using to enrich the lives and careers of our team members.
Innovative Training Programs
To support employee development, Chesapeake has introduced two new training programs:
- A two-year engineering program designed to build technical expertise and hands-on skills.
- A nine-month leadership program focused on cultivating the next generation of construction leaders.
These initiatives strengthen communication, collaboration, and overall work culture. This benefits not only our associates but also our project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
