Project Update | Park Overlook in Cary, North Carolina

This industrial project spans 18.8 acres and, once complete, will feature two impressive tilt-up buildings totaling 162,000 SF.

Our valued trade partners & project team are making steady progress. Foundations are already in place for Building 2, and both building pads are on track to wrap up in the coming weeks. Around the site, storm drains are in progress, and the first retaining wall is underway. We’re looking forward to seeing the buildings rise by the start of the new year.
