Embrey Mill

March 14, 2025 | By Chesapeake Contracting Group | Project Update

Construction at Embrey Mill in Stafford, VA, is progressing steadily. Building 5 is nearing completion, and Building 4 is set to wrap up in May. This final phase will feature a mass timber canopy and a thoughtfully designed hardscape with brick pavers, a turf play area, and an outdoor fireplace – elements that enhance the pedestrian experience and foster community interaction.

Chesapeake has also been awarded the interior fit-out of the 13,000 SF Primrose School of Stafford County, an early education and care facility designed for purposeful play and nurturing guidance.

Designed by BCT Design Group, this final phase at Embrey Mill exemplifies how intentional planning and architecture can bring retail, services, and everyday life together. Our team builds mixed-use spaces that maximizes opportunities for connection, seamlessly integrating built and natural environments to create vibrant, memorable destinations. Find more of our mixed-use developments here: https://www.ccgmd.com/portfolio/ccg-mixed-use/
