This recently completed 18.8-acre industrial development delivers 162,000 square feet of modern tilt-up flex space across two buildings in Cary, NC. Designed to support a wide range of light industrial, warehouse, and commercial users, the project offers flexible interior layouts and efficient building systems that adapt to both operational and office needs.
