Frederick Brickworks Groundbreak

We’re proud to be part of the team bringing Frederick Brickworks to life.

Last week, our team joined project partners at the groundbreaking ceremony for this transformative development that will revitalize the historic former brick manufacturing site into a vibrant mixed-use destination for the Frederick community.

Congratulations to Greenberg Gibbons and all project partners on reaching this exciting milestone. The project will deliver up to 100,000 SF of retail space, plus residential, recreation, and public gathering spaces while honoring the rich history of the site and creating a welcoming gateway to downtown Frederick.

We look forward to helping turn this vision into reality.
