Walker Mill Self Storage is a new 105,600 SF, three-story facility designed to meet growing demand for secure, climate-controlled storage in the surrounding community. The building includes 911 climate-controlled units, offering a modern, accessible solution for both residential and commercial users.

The project included full site development and ground-up construction, with a focus on durability, efficiency, and long-term performance. From structural systems to interior buildout, each element was thoughtfully executed to support seamless operations and a high-quality user experience.

With a wide range of trades involved, successful delivery required careful coordination and execution at every phase. As the general contractor, our team worked closely with Washington Property Company to maintain schedule, uphold quality, and deliver a facility built for long-term performance.
