Flagship Carwash – Towson

Ground-up construction of a 3,600-square-foot car wash facility in Towson, Maryland, featuring two service lanes and a fully automated car wash tunnel. The project scope included site development and utility installation, paving and landscaping, building concrete, masonry, structural steel, miscellaneous metals, millwork, doors and overhead doors, storefront systems, roofing, light gauge metal framing and drywall, resilient flooring, painting, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work. The project delivered a modern, efficient facility designed to support high-volume operations and provide an enhanced customer experience.
