Canton Car Wash of Towson

This project involved the ground-up construction of a new 6,052 SF, two-story car wash facility in Towson, Maryland. The building features a concrete slab-on-grade foundation, load-bearing masonry walls, and structural steel framing. The exterior incorporates a blend of masonry, metal panels, phenolic panels, storefront and curtainwall systems, and a TPO roofing system. Site development work included grading, utility installation, paving and striping, site concrete, and landscaping. The completed facility was built to serve the Towson community with a modern, efficient car wash experience.
