Chesapeake Wins Two Diamond Awards of Excellence

We are proud to announce that Porsche Hunt Valley and Morningstar Storage have been honored with Diamond Awards of Excellence from the ABC Greater Baltimore Chapter.

Porsche Hunt Valley is a state-of-the-art 2-story dealership spanning 37,000 SF. With a stunning showroom, associated offices, service drive lanes, vehicle lifts, and a parts department, this facility is a true testament to luxury. Morningstar Storage is a 5-story building that boasts 148,000 SF of storage space. While this site comes with a deep-rooted history, it also presented its own set of challenges including the light rail system, Jones Falls stream, I-83 and the W 41^st Street bridge.
