CCG Holiday Party
Over the weekend, Chesapeake Contracting Group/CCG Residential Construction celebrated the holiday season and commemorated team members who went above and beyond in 2022.
The event took place at The Atreeum at Soaring Timbers in Annapolis, MD and a great time was had by all, with laughter filling the room. During the evening, team members were able to connect, eat delicious food, take pictures in a photo booth, listen to live music, experience some magician magic and watch the playoff games.
CCG also highlighted and awarded team members that went above and beyond in 2022.
Five awards were given to associates that embody the company's Core Values - Relentless, Respectful, Responsible, Reputation, and Relationships. The sixth award was given to someone who exemplified all five of the Company's Core Values - The Five R's. Recipients were nominated by fellow associates in the company that saw their hard work and dedication. Congratulations to Diane Hamelin, Berengere Moss, Megan Blibaum, Chris Fatogoma, Andrew Poling and Chris LiPira for being the Core Value award winners this year.
Earlier in the evening, the company also recognized one Superintendent whose safety efforts shined through in all they did in 2022. This person championed and followed all safety protocols, ensuring everyone went home each day. Congratulations to Matt Harris for winning Safe Superintendent of the year.
We are only as safe as our project teams, which is why we award one team for the Safe Project of the Year award. Congratulations to the CCG Residential Construction's The Edge at Middelton project team for being this year’s winner!
CCG is grateful to have brought our associates together and celebrate all we've accomplished this past year!
