Jessica Magin, Director of Human Resources at Chesapeake, shared with NAIOP Maryland some strategies on how we enrich the lives of our associates! Recently the company has introduced two training programs: a two-year engineering program and a nine-month leadership program.

Our leadership and training initiatives have improved our company's work culture by not only making it more attractive for associates, but also strengthening communication and collaboration for our project teams, clients, and subcontractors. We continuously strive to enhance our processes and add value through our unique approach to our construction delivery services.
