March 28, 2024 | By Chesapeake Contracting Group | Industry Highlight

Jessica Magin, Director of Human Resources at Chesapeake, shared with NAIOP Maryland some strategies on how we enrich the lives of our associates! Recently the company has introduced two training programs: a two-year engineering program and a nine-month leadership program.
