Chesapeake Announces New Office Location in Raleigh, NC

Chesapeake Contracting Group is pleased to announce our office move to a new location in the Raleigh, NC area. As a general contractor in Raleigh, NC, we opened our first space in March 2022 and quickly outgrew it.

Our new office, located at 3000 RDU Center Drive, Suite 117, Morrisville, NC 27560, will serve as home to project management and estimating professionals who live and work in the Raleigh–Durham area. The move reflects Chesapeake’s long-term commitment to expanding our presence in North Carolina and supporting the region’s strong construction market.

Chesapeake is currently under construction on Garner Commerce Center, a 129,000 SF Class-A flex industrial project in Garner, NC, with additional projects in the pipeline as the Raleigh area continues to grow.
