Located in Baltimore, MD, 40TEN has been making great strides. Due to the relentless efforts of our trade partners, the 40TEN Office building will be watertight sooner than initially projected. With winter right around the corner, this milestone is huge. Inside the building, we’ve begun the first of the tenant fitouts at level one, the Celebree School Daycare and the elevator is currently being installed. Some of the best news of all, the (3) Roof top units are maintaining the delivery date and we’re projecting that they are set and commissioned in the first weeks of December to keep us warm pushing to the finish line.

Check back later as we continue to progress towards the finish line with Baltimore’s first mass timber office building.
