Things are progressing nicely at Craftsman Circle, located in Prince George’s County, MD. With 14 acres of site redevelopment and demolition of an existing 152,000 SF office/warehouse structure, the final product will be a new 182,000 SF tilt-up concrete warehouse structure – with 47 loading dock doors.

At this time, bio-pond walls and slab-on-grade are complete/ready for backfill and 100% of the wall panels have been poured/formed. The panels are a third of the way complete while structural steel, bar joists and deck are getting started.
