Elms Fells Point – Courtyard

CCG Residential recently completed Elms Fells Point, a 285-unit multi-family project in Baltimore, MD.

Outside the building, the complex offers stunning waterfront views that residents can enjoy from multiple locations such as the expansive pool along the promenade and the courtyard located on the third floor of the building (pictured).

The project showcases a range of construction types, including marine construction, deep foundations, 5 different structural slabs, light gauge framing, structural steel, wood framing, and glulam. By incorporating such diverse construction techniques, the project not only demonstrates versatility but also ensures the highest standards of structural integrity and design.
