Embrey Mill Building 6

Chesapeake recently broke ground on Embrey Mill Building 6, a 20,000 SF office building that will be used for future medical TI. Located in Stafford, Virginia, Building 6 is part of the Embrey Mill Shopping Center project consisting of multiple retail buildings totaling close to 50,000+ SF. CCG’s scope of work also includes the landscaping and hardscaping for the entire shopping center.

This project is the latest development coming to the 831-acre Embrey Mill Town Center master-plan, which includes parks and playgrounds, community garden, fitness center, retail, dining and parking for the Northern Virginia region.
