Embrey Mill Town Center

CCG has been awarded the Embrey Mill Town Center project for BM Smith. Located in Stafford, Virginia, this project consists of five separate retail buildings totaling 33,000+ SF. All retail shell buildings will be steel and deck on slab on grade concrete with an overall façade mix.

This project is the latest development coming to the 831-acre Embrey Mill Town Center master-plan, which includes parks and playgrounds, community garden, fitness center, retail, dining and parking for the Northern Virginia region.
