Embrey Mill is bringing a vibrant mix of retail and medical services to the heart of Stafford, VA.

This project includes the construction of six retail buildings, with a combined space of 40,000 square feet, alongside a medical office building spanning 20,000 square feet. The project also involved extensive site enhancements, covering landscape, hardscape, and site lighting across 87-acres.

Currently, tenants of Embrey Mill include Crimson Coward, Anytime Fitness, Cinnaholic, Shal Halal, Chipotle, Jersey Mikes, AT&T, Starbucks, Mary Washington, and Panera.
