GAF Newkirk West

Located in Baltimore, MD, the industrial building is finished and ready for palletizer robotic equipment installation. Power is now permanent and gas/water services are coming soon for the use and occupancy of the building. Site work is progressing – paving is complete and landscaping is being installed.

GAF Newkirk West’s scope of work includes 20+ acres of site development, environmental remediations and construction of a 49,600 SQ FT 1-story tilt-up concrete Distribution and Office Building. This project also includes a bridge connecting the existing operating facility across South Newkirk Street to the new tilt-up concrete building.
