CCG is close to completion on this 49,600 SF, 1-story tilt-up industrial building located in Baltimore, MD.

As we near the final stages on this exciting project, we are wrapping up the siding on the bridge and finalizing the conveyor and palletizer system. The storage yard is also ready to go, and final inspections will be underway in the coming weeks.

Scope of work also included 20+ acres of site redevelopment and environmental remediations. The bridge connects the existing operating facilities across South Newkirk Street to the new tilt-up building.
