GAF Newkirk West Expansion

Bridge construction is underway at GAF Newkirk West Expansion. The bridge connects from the existing operating facility across S. Newkirk Street to the new, 49,600 SF tilt-up distribution and office building. Currently, the palletizer extension in the existing warehouse is complete and awaiting tie in with the new bridge. The new warehouse structure is complete – finishes are ongoing and the final equipment is currently being installed.

The project also includes 20+ acres of site development and environmental remediations. Utilities are completed and site paving will begin in early August.
