Giant Food Grand Opening in Fort Washington, MD

CCG celebrated the grand opening of the new Giant Food location in Fort Washington, Maryland. This 42,834 SF store brings enhanced amenities and offerings to deliver more value to the local Prince George’s County community.

This new Giant is part of the Livingston Square Shopping Center for The Velocity Companies. The revitalization project included demolition, new parking lot, modern site lighting, storm eater management, modern landscaping, 4 new building pads for restaurants and a 15,000 SF retail buildings.

Congratulations to The Velocity Companies in bringing this much needed grocery store to the Fort Washington community.
