JDA Crofton Self Storage

Chesapeake has been awarded JDA Crofton Self Storage located in Anne Arundel County, MD.

The new construction will consist of an 86,000 SF 3-story structure with 667 rentable storage units. This project also includes full site redevelopment.

This marks our fourth storage project with Johnson Development Associates, continuing a partnership built on trust, collaboration, and consistent delivery.
