Chesapeake is proud to be delivering the new Maryland Department of Health Headquarters, a 550,000 SF, five‑story office fit‑out.

Construction is progressing ahead of schedule, with the 5th floor punch list complete and the majority of the 4th floor ready for furniture installation. This progress continues on the lower levels, where finishes are underway on the 3rd floor and MEP rough-ins on the 1st and 2nd floors are nearing completion.

We’re also making significant progress on the adjacent MDH Parking Garage, a ground up post-tensioned concrete 7‑story structure with 1,148 parking spaces. The foundation is nearly complete, with over 5,000 cubic yards of structural fill placed to date.
