Things are moving right along in Cary, NC!

Chesapeake is excited to collaborate with Greenberg Gibbons Properties on Park Overlook, an industrial development that includes two remarkable tilt-up buildings spanning 162,000 square feet across 18.8 acres.

Construction is progressing with the tilt panels for Building 1 nearly finished, while the slab for Building 2 is being completed, with panel installation to follow. Panel erection for both buildings is set to begin in early January 2025. Site utility work is ongoing, along with the construction of retaining wall 1.
