Reisterstown Self Storage

Chesapeake is proud to be partnering with Klein Enterprises and Greenberg Gibbons Commercial on this self-storage project coming to Baltimore County.

Reisterstown Self Storage is making great progress; all three concrete floors have been poured and one stair tower has been installed. Our team is focused on the top floor and roof steel framing as well as the light gauge metal framing and sheathing. In the coming weeks, we anticipate the commencement of MEP rough-ins and as Thanksgiving approaches roofing will begin. Design by Powers Brown Architecture.
