Ritchie Highway Self Storage

We’re nearing completion on the Ritchie Highway Self Storage project in Pasadena, MD.

Progress continues across both buildings, with turnover slated for Q1 2025. In the first building, a two-story, 65,500 SF CFMF structure, drywall installation is underway as we prepare for finishes in the lobbies and bathrooms. Meanwhile, in the second building, a single-story, 23,500 SF steel structure, work is progressing on overhead mechanical systems, sprinkler installation, and electrical rough-ins, with storage unit installation set to begin next week.

Once finished, this Attman Holdings self-storage facility designed by Penney Design Group will feature two separate buildings housing 677 storage units, all accessible from ground level.
