Ritchie Highway Self Storage

Designed by Penney Design Group and operated by Extra Space Storage, this newly completed self-storage facility includes two buildings: a single-story, 23,500 SF structure with leasable space, and a two-story, 65,500 SF building featuring additional storage and office space. The project offers 677 ground-level units, eliminating the need for stairs or elevators and ensuring easy access for all customers.

This project marks Chesapeake’s 16th self-storage build, highlighting our expertise in maximizing site potential while delivering secure, climate-controlled, and accessible environments that enhance the customer experience.
