Ritchie Highway Self Storage

Chesapeake has been awarded Ritchie Highway Self Storage in Pasadena, MD.

Upon completion, the project will consist of two separate buildings: a 1-story facility spanning 23,500 SF with leasable space and a 2-story, 65,500 SF storage building with office space. In total, there will be 677 storage units, all accessible from ground level, eliminating the need for customers to use stairs or elevators. This self-storage facility is slated to be managed by Extra Space Storage.

This marks Chesapeake’s 16th self-storage project, highlighting our dedication to specializing in self-storage buildings that utilize your entire footprint, support a positive customer experience, and address security, climate control, and accessibility concerns.
