Safford Brown Hyundai Leesburg | Project Update

Construction is progressing well at the Safford Brown Hyundai Leesburg Dealership in Loudoun County, VA.

The project is currently under roof, with the 17,000 SF showroom slab completed, along with the water and sewer work. The mezzanine slab was poured last week, and our trade partners are now working on the underground stormwater management system. This week also marks the start of exterior framing, alongside ongoing shop work, as this 32,000 SF dealership, designed by Flanagan Architects, continues to take shape on its 5.6-acre site.
